Portrait of interior designer Sydney Jackson in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

Sydney Jackson is an interior designer and consultant focused on residential design across Connecticut, New York and beyond.

Her path to interiors began in the world of editorial and brand storytelling. After starting her career in fashion media, Sydney moved into the design industry as Special Projects Director at Architectural Digest, where she spearheaded initiatives across video, social media, and celebrity home tours—helping expand the brand’s digital influence and introduce design to a new generation of audiences.

She later joined West Elm where she led the creative direction for brand campaigns and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to shape the visual language of one of the most recognizable names in modern home design.

Today, Sydney brings an editorial eye and a deeply informed perspective on the design industry to her work in residential interiors. Drawing on years of experience working alongside photographers, stylists, and designers, she approaches the home with a strong sense of narrative, composition, and detail.

Her aesthetic favors timeless, layered spaces that feel collected rather than decorated—combining color, pattern, and meaningful objects to create homes that are elevated, personal, and designed for everyday living.

Sydney lives in Ridgefield, CT, with her family, where she is continually restoring and refining her own home.
