VOWELS - RETAIL BUILDOUT

As project manager for the launch of Vowels’ first retail concept, I coordinated timelines, budgets, and creative decisions across architecture, fabrication, and construction teams. Under tight constraints, we transformed a Bowery space into a dual-purpose retail store and design research library featuring 2,000+ archival books. I also sourced decor and finishing elements to reflect the creative vision of founder Yuki Yagi.
