As Director of Creative Services at West Elm, I led the end-to-end creative development of 12–15 major brand campaigns annually. This included conceptualizing visual direction, scouting unique locations nationwide, building teams of photographers, stylists, and producers, and managing art direction through capture and post. This process consistently delivered elevated, emotionally resonant imagery across print, digital, and social channels, helping position West Elm as a leader in soulful, modern design.
